Welcome to Lama Taekwondo Academy
We are a Club comprising of different styles of Tae Kwon Do interested in sharing and expanding our knowledge of martial arts. Our goal is to provide a unique training Atmosphere and share knowledge of the art and sports.
It is the mission of the Lama Taekwondo Academy to provide authentic martial art to children, teen and adults at an affordable price in a safe and encouraging environment. In keeping with this policy. LTA student are taught fundamental drill and exercises targeted at self-defence increasing flexibility and physical fitness. Additionally, student are exposed to method of cultiveting Key or internal energy, used to amplify technique and to promote a greater sense of well-being. Meditation is employed as a vehicle to clear the mid of stray thought prior to training, enhance focus, and cultivate concentration. These pedagogical concept compound to support taekwondo as a martial way or a path to enlightenment rather then merely a sport.
Through our Academy the students can get opportunities to participate at various competitive levels. We are glad to see you are interested in our groups and hope you come to train with us.

Classes Program
LAMA TKD, we structure our Students classes to target those areas where each age group needs the most specialized attention.new student learn differently than older student do. That’s why at This allows for the most beneficial learning, specifically geared to your child’s age and developmental level.

LTA Taekwondo Course System
We believe that Taekwondo provides Sports as well as Education in which we get knowledge of many types of courses like - Sparring, Poomsae, Self-defence, Fighting skills, Fitness and workout. All these types of Taekwondo courses we provide to our students.

Taekwondo Activities Assessment
We believe that sports activities play an essential part of a student’s growth. They go beyond physical fitness to enhance cognitive abilities, promote emotional regulation, and foster vital social skills.
We provide different types of activities in which we make teams for competition and we encourage student and team by giving them medals.
